All of our work is controlled by an ISO 9001:2000 certified Quality Management System. Our team is experienced in Advanced Product Quality Planning (AP QP) and in the processes of DFMEA, PFMEA and PPAP. Our facility is complete with a test laboratory, prototyping shop, and advanced software systems including CAD, CAE, FEA and CFD design systems.

Design for Manufacturing

Critical to the success of our manufactured products is a significant reduction of part count. Reducing part count starts during the product concept phase, along with an early understanding of materials selection and manufacturing process flow, and continues through the design cycle. We involve manufacturing engineers and production line management early in design stages to facilitate simultaneous engineering. Having all of these skill sets in-house ensures that we optimize our customers' designs for the lowest cost production possible.

Lean Manufacturing Assembly

We utilize manufacturing assembly cells capable of generating annual volumes in the tens and hundreds of thousands of units. With low part counts and a dedication to lean manufacturing techniques, our experienced staff minimizes product inventory and handling while building a scaleable infrastructure to assemble in our Torrington, CT facility, Chanhassen, MN or our lisence partners in Asia .
