The Bergquist Company sells Touch Screen Division

The Bergquist Company has reached an agreement to sell its Touch Screen Division to AMTouch USA and its parent company APEX Material Technology Corporation of Taiwan.

Effective November 23^rd 2012 AMTouch will take ownership of The Bergquist Company’s Touch Screen Division’s business and related activities. A Bergquist representative will contact you directly to discuss the transfer of all open contracts.
